So... I made some beer-batter eggplant chips. Approximately four kilograms of the stuff, since they were only selling in bulk... and I hadn't realised how much I'd made till I had actually finished making it.
Free food for all? Even I can't eat that much alone. I've got the sweet chilli sauce too...
Honestly, its not as bad as you think it tastes. Abbey, you know I'm talking to you.
